• The achievement does not violate any laws or regulations
• You grant us the right to publish and display your record on the platform
• Submission of false or misleading information may result in disqualification and legal action

4. Verification Process

All submissions are subject to review and verification by our team. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or request additional evidence for any submission at our sole discretion. Submission does not guarantee certification.

5. Certificates & Blockchain Records

Upon successful verification, a blockchain-secured certificate is issued. This certificate is permanent and publicly verifiable. Madras Book of Records retains the right to revoke a certificate if fraud or misrepresentation is discovered after issuance.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform including logos, design, and text is the property of Madras Book of Records. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission. You retain ownership of evidence and materials you submit, but grant us a non-exclusive license to use them for platform purposes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent, fabricated, or plagiarized records
• Attempt to manipulate or tamper with the verification process
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the platform
• Impersonate another person or organization

8. Limitation of Liability

Madras Book of Records is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violations of these Terms or for any conduct we deem harmful to the platform or its community.

10. Governing Law
